When is the campsite open?

The campsite opens on July 1, 2024 and will be open continuously until December 22, 2025.

Is there WIFI?

For ecological reasons, the entire campsite is not covered by Wifi. Wifi is available around reception.

What’s the campsite’s address?

14 Allée/Rue du Valmer, 72 400 La Ferté-Bernard.

How do I book a rental or pitch at Camping La Venise de l’Ouest?

All reservations become final upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay.

At what time can you take possession of your accommodation or bare pitch?

From 3pm for mobile homes and 2.30pm for bare pitches.

How far is the campsite from shops?

Within a one-kilometre radius, you’ll find supermarkets and bars. Within a two-kilometer radius, you’ll find a wide choice of restaurants.

When do I pay for my reservation?

The balance of your booking must be paid to the campsite one month before your arrival.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card, cheque, bank transfer, cash.

What if I arrive after reception has closed?

If you take possession of your accommodation or pitch outside reception opening hours, no problem! We have a very simple arrival procedure. Just let us know by sending an e-mail to camping.veniseouest@gmail.com or calling 07 69 16 04 19. Jeanne or Romain will explain the procedure to you.

Is the La Ferté-Bernard leisure centre close to the campsite?

The lake with its beach and the leisure center are a 50-metre walk from the campsite.

What time do we have to return our bare accommodation/site?

Between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. for mobile homes and until 12 p.m. for bare pitches.

Is there a washing machine and tumble dryer on the campsite?

Of course you can. Tokens must be purchased at the campsite reception.

We booked a mobile home for 4 people but ended up with 5. Is it possible to bring 5 people and install a mattress?

No, for safety and insurance reasons, it is not possible to stay in the accommodation for more than the number of beds provided. A baby is considered a person.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. They must be kept on a leash, not left unattended in accommodation or on bare pitches, and their droppings and vaccination records must be up to date. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. A pet supplement is payable.

Is bed linen provided?

Comforters and pillows are provided. However, bed linen and towels are not provided. It is possible to rent them.

Is television available in all mobile homes?

Yes. Each mobile home is equipped with a television.
