What are the campsite opening dates?

The campsite opens on 1st July 2024 and will be open continuously until 22nd December 2025.

Is there WiFi?

For ecological reasons, the entire campsite is not covered by WiFi. WiFi is however available around reception.

What is the campsite's address?

14 Valmer Road, 72 400 La Ferté-Bernard.

How do I book a rental property or a bare pitch at Camping La Venise de l’Ouest?

All bookings are confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay.

At what time can you take possession of your accommodation or your bare pitch?

From 3 PM for mobile homes and 2:30 PM for bare pitches.

How far is the campsite from the shops?

Within a one-kilometre radius, you'll find supermarkets and bars. Within a two-kilometre radius, you'll have a wide choice of restaurants.

When should I pay for my booking?

The balance of your booking must be paid to the campsite one month before your arrival.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The bank card, the cheque, the bank transfer, cash.

What should I do if I arrive after reception has closed?

If you are arriving at your accommodation or have a key collection outside of reception opening hours, no problem! We have a very simple check-in procedure. Just let us know by sending an email to camping.veniseouest@gmail.com or by phoning 07 69 16 04 19. Jeanne or Romain will explain the procedure to follow.

Is the La Ferté-Bernard leisure centre close to the campsite?

The lake with a beach and the leisure centre are located a 50-metre walk from the campsite.

What time do we have to vacate our accommodation/pitch?

Between 7 am and 10 am for the mobile homes and until 12 pm for the bare pitches.

Is there a washing machine and a tumble dryer at the campsite?

Tickets. tokens at the campsite reception.

We booked a mobile home for 4 people, but in the end, there are 5 of us. Is it possible to come with 5 people and set up a mattress?

No, for safety and insurance reasons, it is not possible to have more people in the accommodation than the number of beds provided. A baby is considered a person.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. They must be kept on a lead, not left unattended in the accommodation or on the pitches, their droppings must be picked up, and their vaccination records must be up to date. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. The pet supplement will be payable.

Is the bed linen provided?

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, sheets and towels are not supplied. It is possible to rent them.

Is there a television in all the mobile homes?

Yes. Each mobile home is equipped with a television.
